Participation of the Faculty Members of the Department in the II International Autumn School: “Modeling, Data Analysis and Digital Technologies in Economic Research”

Faculty members of the Department took part in the II International Autumn School “Modeling, Data Analysis and Digital Technologies in Economic Research”, which was held on 28.11–04.12.2024 in Kyiv.

The event brought together researchers, lecturers, and students from various universities and research institutions to discuss modern approaches to economic analysis and forecasting, with a special focus on the application of digital tools and advanced data processing methods.

In particular, within the framework of the Swedish–Ukrainian–Armenian–Estonian project, our faculty members presented the results of their research, namely on the topic: Using Large Language Models for Text Classification in Electronic Media.

The participation of our faculty members in the Autumn School provided an excellent opportunity to enhance professional competencies, receive constructive feedback on their AI-based text analysis research, and explore new avenues for applying such technologies in other studies.

The Department expresses gratitude to the organizers for the high level of the event and the valuable knowledge gained, which will undoubtedly contribute to the further development of educational and scientific work.
