On April 28, 2026, Kharkiv IT Cluster, in cooperation with the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, held the webinar “Quality of Education 4.0: how digital solutions transform internal quality assurance systems of educational institutions”.

Representing the Department of Computer Science of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, the event was attended by the guarantors of the master’s educational programs: Professor Serhii Ustenko, guarantor of the educational program “Information Control Systems and Technologies”, and Associate Professor Liudmyla Vasylieva, guarantor of the educational program “Artificial Intelligence Systems”.

During the webinar, participants became acquainted with current and practice-oriented directions of the digital transformation of the educational environment, in particular:

• automation and digitalization of the internal processes of educational institutions;
• use of data for managerial decision-making;
• practical cases of implementing modern technologies;
• development of cooperation between education, the state, and IT business;
• tools for increasing the efficiency of education quality assurance systems.

The speakers of the event included representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, Kherson State University, Sumy State University, as well as IT companies NIX

 and EPAM. The participants shared practical experience in implementing digital solutions, modern approaches to education quality management, and examples of effective interaction between universities and the IT industry.

Following the webinar, the participants from the Department of Computer Science received certificates confirming their participation in the event and the improvement of their professional competence in the field of digitalization and education quality assurance.

Participation in such events contributes to the professional development of academic and teaching staff, improvement of educational programs, and implementation of modern digital approaches to ensuring the quality of education at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.
