Education:

  • Zhytomyr State Technological University, Master’s degree with honors (TM 35109940 dated June 30, 2008), specialization in “Software for Automated Systems,” qualification “Master of Software for Automated Systems.”
  • Ph.D. in Technical Sciences (DK № 004179 dated March 29, 2012), specialty 01.05.02 “Mathematical Modeling and Computational Methods.” Dissertation topic: “Mathematical and Computer Tools for Solving the Problem of Locating Monitoring Stations for Air Quality Monitoring Networks.”

Professional Experience:

  • Over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology since 2008.
  • Currently, Professor at the Department of Information Systems in Economics (part-time). By main occupation – Deputy Director for Scientific and Organizational Work at the G.E. Pukhov Institute for Modelling in Energy Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
  • In 2008, graduated from Zhytomyr State Technological University with a Master’s degree with honors in “Software for Automated Systems.” In 2011, completed postgraduate studies at the G.E. Pukhov Institute for Modelling in Energy Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Institute) and doctoral studies in 2015.
  • Defended a Ph.D. dissertation in 2011 in specialty 01.05.02 “Mathematical Modeling and Computational Methods.” In 2015, awarded the academic title of Senior Research Fellow in the same specialty. In September 2021, defended a dissertation for the Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in specialty 21.06.01 “Environmental Safety.”
  • Published results of scientific research in about 240 scientific papers (including 4 monographs, 10 chapters in monographs, and about 35 articles in Scopus and Web of Science indexed publications) and received implementation. The total number of citations in Scopus is 438 (h-index – 12), Google Scholar – 1273 (h-index – 20).
  • Participated in around 120 international scientific and technical conferences, including as an invited speaker at The Fourth China-Ukraine Forum On Science And Technology (September 16-21, 2018, Harbin Institute of Technology, China), and World Youth Forum 2021 (January 8-13, 2022, Sharm El Sheikh - South Sinai, Egypt).
  • Multiple winner of research project competitions for young scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; participated in Targeted Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Program of Scientific Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on sustainable development, rational use of natural resources, and environmental protection (2010-2014); received a grant from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for research laboratories/groups of young scientists (2018); actively participated in Scientific and Technical Projects of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine 2020, the Targeted Research Program of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine “Nuclear and Radiation Technologies for the Energy Sector and Public Needs” (2019-2023), Horizon 2020 SME INSTRUMENT Phase I - OILCS “Oil Catchpot System,” and NATO SfP Grant 985094 “Technology for Reliable Identification of Radioactive Materials by Spectrometric Data.”
  • Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Institute; member of the Academic Council of the Institute; chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Department of Physical and Technical Problems of Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
  • Member of the editorial boards of the journals “Electronic Modeling” and “Bulletin of Cherkasy State Technological University,” and reviewer for the journals “Nuclear and Radiation Safety,” “Water, Air, & Soil Pollution,” among others. Since 2021, member of the program and organizing committee of the International Conference on Sustainable Futures: Environmental, Technological, Social and Economic Matters (ICSF) and the Scientific and Technical Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute.
  • Member of the competition committee for selecting candidates for state scholarships for the best young scientists to honor the events of the Revolution of Dignity and the Heroes of Ukraine – Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred (approved at the meeting of the Commission on November 7, 2022).
  • Expert in the examination of scientific research and scientific-technical (experimental) development projects submitted for participation in competitions conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and reports on their implementation in the thematic area "7. Energy and Energy Efficiency" (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science dated December 12, 2022, No. 1111).
